The program “Elas em Foco”, hosted by Rosi Luck, 2nd vice-president of ACIL and superintendent of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs (CME), continues to present inspiring stories of successful women entrepreneurs, and this time highlights the trajectory of Fran Rodrigues, director of Lomani Joias.

Early in her journey, Fran discovered her talent for sales by selling photo books email list over the phone. Her dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience sparked interest and curiosity. "People started wanting to see who was behind the phone," Fran recalled. "I realized that no matter where you are, it's important to do good work because you're always being watched."
As her passion for sales grew, Fran decided to venture into entrepreneurship. "My husband suggested we go ahead and start a business together," Fran said. "I bought into his idea and said, 'Will you just let me continue selling?' He agreed, and so began our entrepreneurial journey." And so they founded Lomani Joias, which today has over 50 employees.
In addition to her successful business, Fran is also dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs. She created a YouTube channel where she shares tips and guidance for women just starting out in the entrepreneurial world. "When I started, I faced a lot of doubts and difficulties," Fran explained. "I realized that many other entrepreneurs were going through the same thing. I decided to create the channel to help them with issues like pricing, sales strategies, and business management." With over 31,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, Fran has positively impacted the lives of many entrepreneurs.
