Details
Like any document, a receipt must contain details that must be filled out correctly, both in the spelling and legal sense.

So, the document should contain:

name;
information about the recipient of the money, indicating personal data (full name, detailed passport data, written without abbreviations, place of registration, for authorized persons - all the same personal data and details of the power of attorney with a full description of the principal's data);
contains the word "RECEIVED";
the person (buyer/principal with personal data) from whom the money was received is indicated;
basis for the transfer of money (preliminary agreement (PDKP), deposit agreement, main agreement);
the amount received is written in numbers and phone number database words (in the currency of the contract);
it is indicated what the amount is being paid for (the apartment is described with the address and area);
what the amount is paid as (advance payment, deposit, initial payment, final payment);
the entire cost of the apartment is specified, towards which funds are transferred (in case of partial payment);
at the end the seller's signature is placed with a full transcript;
next to or below the seller's signature, the day the money was transferred is indicated.
The signed receipt is handed over to the buyer.
